Before you subscribe
Which documents can I use?
Bring the solicitation PDFs you want to review, with supporting exhibits or amendments. Each review accepts up to five PDFs of up to 15 MB each. Scans and password-protected files may be unreadable.
How are estimates calculated?
Your service area, labor cost, cleaning speed, overhead, and target margin inform estimates when the documents provide enough detail. Missing information is marked for you to confirm.
Does it find or submit bids?
The plan reviews the PDFs you provide. Live opportunity search, SAM.gov monitoring, and automated bid submission are not included.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You retain paid access until the end of the current paid period, and your saved reviews remain available to read.

Billing, cancellation and refunds
Monthly billing
PursuitLedger costs $149 USD per month and automatically renews monthly until you cancel. The plan includes 10 successful analyses per billing month, one business profile, saved analyses and source citations. There is no setup fee. A failed analysis does not use an analysis credit.
Cancellation
In Billing, choose “Manage or cancel subscription” and complete cancellation before your next renewal to stop future subscription charges. Paid access continues through the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.
Refund requests and billing questions
Email support@pursuitledger.com with your account email, the charge date and a description of the issue. Do not email payment-card numbers, passwords or verification codes.
We review refund requests individually, including duplicate or incorrect charges and problems receiving the service. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. This policy does not limit refund rights required by applicable law.
